Gavin called me today about my shipment - had not heard from him for two days - told him that I had my Suburban shipped out yesterday by a more aggressive transport company - he said....and I quote....."YOU SUCK" and hung up the phone....what an ASS - I called back and asked for his supervisor - he said he is the supervisor....I told him he sucked!! No wonder they have such poor ratings!!
