I don't want to bad mouth them - but i have to.

This is what happened

On 9-2 I call National Auto because they make up the fact that they can come the next day - so I give them my Credit card # because they wanted a deposit. ONe of the worst decisions in my life.

Not embellishing at all.

That same day, i come to this website - and i see the reviews - and i think - OH CRAP. So i call 17 times and leave 15 messages telling them that I want to cancel.

I even call Visa to pre-empt the charge and tell them to stop payment - but Visa says , nothing's been charged yet.

9/10 - I see 220 taken from my account. Needless to say I AM PISSED!

Week of 9/12-9/19 - I spend over 70 cell phone minutes on National Auto Transport and call Visa to complain. I have to fill out a dispute at the bank, and debate with National Auto Transport after being put through some very very rude Customer service reps.

So finally, my refund is approve on something like the 22nd, but i don't receive it til the 30th. It took me 28 days to receive a refund and more than 100 cell phone minutes dealing with this. I'm a student - this may sound trivial - but I had to cut back on my calls to my parents, my friends and this even affected dating life - because i had to tell dates - oh, can you call me after 9:00 - i wasted all my minutes because i was trying to ship my car from Boston to CA and this company jipped me. VERY EMBARASSING

So when I FINALLY receive my refund, my parents go with Specialty Mobile Systems who are magicians because they got the car to me 7 days after my dad called them. CALLED THEM. 3000 miles in less than 7 days - see my specialty mobile post.

Don't use them - they will make you cry and if you don't have a lot of cell phone minutes - they will affect your social life. =/
