The move was booked 2 months in advance. Not until the last week did they start looking for a mover for the contracted date of 8/8 or 8/9/07. I told EVERYONE from the beginning that I had a deadline of 8/10. So what do they do? They BOOKED a pickup for 8/11 which I had not accepted ond told them I would not accept.

So the movers were well on their way by the time they called and found out that there was no load. I can't believe that Nationwide knowingly sent the movers knowing that I had not nor would not accept the appointment.

The person I delt with is disreputable and it reflects terribly on Nationwide.

Oh, BTW, I am being told that the deposit will not be refunded.
