I have never transported anything in my life. This whole experience was very strange to me and how it worked. It was like rocket science and I really didn't know half of the things everyone was telling me. I spoke with Steven J. He explained everything the entire process in vivid detail. It put me to ease. He explained the process of finding a driver, The pick up and the drop off. It really made me feel better about giving the keys to my vehicle to a stranger. The pick up was smooth. The driver called me 2 hours before pick up to schedule a time. Same thing with Drop off. They were extremely respectful as well. I was very happy with the service provided to me and I felt as if I needed to let everyone know as well!
