A great thank you to Janelle Folz for her customer relations in arranging to ship my car from Oakland, Ca to Honolulu Hawaii. Janelle gave me current and regular updates on the departing and arriving status. Arranged for a dependable truck service to have the car transported from my house. The truck driver was responsible in that he called twice before the pick-up time and again when he arrived at the Port of Oakland. Pick-up in Honolulu was quick and hassle free. The car arrived in perfect shape. Great service and price, who could ask for more. Thank you so much Janelle.
