They might be a real company but they did not provide real services for me. Jonathan Murphy did everything to get my business even lying to me and telling me he had a driver lined up that would rather be brokered through them than the broker I already hired. He said as soon as he had my deposit he would send me the driver info. Well I got nothing. I even questioned him because it seems they have multiple websites and you can't find their FMCSA# on all of them. I used my credit card knowing that it might be a scam well good thing I did so I could get my money back.I will tell you I used universal transport and had a great experience Frank went above and beyond and even got me a better price than expected. The car carrier business is a waiting game if you have the time and patience you can get good deals. You also have to remember the drivers can only get your vehicle to you the best they can they drive for days and come across obstacles they do not expect. be understanding!
