I read the reviews and like most figured, hey they sound good. How WRONG was I!! So I ordered my truck to be moved from VA to NY for 1/21. On That day I heard nothing, and nothing prior, so naturally I tried to call. Of course, no answers on weekends because they arent there (first mistake, when choosing a shipping company there should always be someone available for emergency dont you think). So Monday I call Marc, no answer no answer no answer, email Marc, no reply. Tried pushing a different extention, they say what is your order number and soon as you give it they transfer you to guess what.... no answer. By Tuesday I am furious, no communication what so ever, and my truck is still sitting. Calle Sean at the Auto Transport Group and my truck was picked up the next day!!!! Dont be fooled by these guys- they are horrible!!!
