Hired Nationwide to deliver my daughters vehicle to LSU where she will be a freshman at college. I was told vehicle would be picked up on 7/30/12 and delivered in Louisiana on 8/7/2012. On 7/29/12 I called to find out what time vehicle would be picked up on the 31st, I was told driver was on the road they would call me back. I called nine more times and spoke with Rob Lee, he said he would personally call me back. 48 hours later, the vehicle is still in my driveway. No one has phoned me. Our flight leaves Sat for Louisiana which I now have to cancel and lose my airfare, becasue I now have to drive the 1,400 miles to Louisiana, taking off from work and added the unnecessary mileage I was avoiding by hiring Nationwide. What was going to cost me $900 has now cost me an additional $2,200 and my time. Very un-professional. I would not reccomend this company to anyone.
