Happy with the service, would use them again

After being inundated with offers to ship my car, I went with Nationwide Transport Services, although I couldn't tell you exactly why. I am, however, glad I made the choice that I did.

I worked with John over the phone and via e-mail to determine a good price, which I got, and to set up a transport vehicle. It didn't take long to have a space on a truck and I paid my deposit via phone as soon as the spot was available.

The truck was not able to pick up on my exact street but found a loading spot near me, and I was able to get my car to the truck easily. The driver was very careful to look for existing damage and provided me with a very detailed, specific form when I finally released the car into his care.

The car was delivered on time, and in fact arrived earlier than I was expecting.

My only concern about this process is that the final payment needs to be made in cash, money order, or cashier's check. This was a bit difficult to manage for us, as we were not following the vehicle to where it was shipped until over a week after it arrived. We had to pull strings to get the money to our family who was receiving the delivery. My new company is reimbursing me for the cost of my move, and I am concerned about the lack of official receipt for this transaction and if the accounting department will accept the documentation that I have.

However, in the end, I was exceptionally pleased with the service. John was professional and very accommodating. He answered all my questions, took numerous phone calls and e-mails from me, and helped me out when I thought we may not have someone to accept the car. I would use this company again and I would recommend them to other friends who are looking to transport a vehicle cross country.
