The pick up and delivery of our Volkswagon was quite prompt, and the man was quite polite and helpful. My husband and I were nervous and skeptical about using this service and almost paid a friend to do it. I'm glad we didn't go that route. Would have definitely ended up costing us more. Car arrived safely, on time, and (most importantly) undamaged. Would highly recommend.
