Poor Customer Service & Unethical

This company is unethical. I have never felt compelled to write a negative review before. I wish I could put zero stars.

Problems:

1. Took over ten days to pick up the car.
2. Did not return phone calls or e-mails.
3. After they took possession of the car they raised the agreed contracted price.
4. Would not deliver car unless I agree in writing to the new price that is about $300 more than the contracted price (I never agreed).

5. Car arrived damaged

6. BBB rates them a C+ although their web-site claims an "A"

This is the worst experience I have every had with a company. You have now been warned.
