I had some communication problem with the driver (I thought he said he was coming a day early and waited for him), but in the end he arrived about when I expected him to. Overall dealing with him on the phone and in person felt awkward. The order processing and setup was a very positive experience. I guessed on the transport type- I never saw the main transport vehicle, my vehicle was driven direct to me.
