We needed to send a car from Washington to Florida. Mitch worked to get us the lowest rate possible. We began at a lower rate then what we finally paid but Mitch had explained to us early that it was a bid process and that we might have to go up in order to attract a transporter. Sure enough I only had to increase the bid a single time and a transporter picked up the job.
We followed Mitch's advice and did a payment of the balance on delivery which worked out great.
The car was delivered to Florida at an Air Force base and the company kept us in the loop with Mitch coordinating the delivery in Florida acting as a go between with the drivers to get the car delivered on time. The car was a little dirty but nothing you wouldn't expect in a car that was trailered across country. The car suffered no damage and was driven off the trailer and delivered as promised with no drivers extortion at the end. The money was paid at delivery with no additional costs.
All in all I was very pleased and would not hesitate to use Nationwide Transport Services again.
