I dealt with Dennis at Nationwide. i must say i didn't had very good experience.

I shipped my honda civic from Wheeling, IL to Irving, TX. My honda civic was scheduled to pickup on 23rd May evening and i was confirmed by Dennis with driver's details that it will be picked up and driver will call me. Driver didn't call and when i checked with Dennis he said that driver cancelled. he didn't update on his own i had to ask him. Pickup rescheduled for 24th May and promised to be delivered on 26th May.

Dennis told me that i can personal stuff in car upto 150 lb which is written in contract also. this part is debatable though they write in contract stilll the final word is of Driver. When driver came and saw box in car trunk he demanded for extra $100 and finally settled on $50. Dennis was not reachable over call when driver came. Also driver told me the car will be delivered on 28th May not 26th May. i had flight in few hours and i could not do anything except accepting to driver's conditions.

At the end i had to spend $150 more than the promised rate of $550. $50 extra to driver and $100 on car rental.

I don't know may be other shipping companies are also same or more worse. but i didn't had a very good experience with them. If you are planning to choose Nationwide please get everything clear before hand. or talk to truck driver in advance.
