I've never used a auto hauler before and was as blind to it as the next guy with access to the Internet. I went through approximately twenty-five companies before I spoke to Mitch.
Mitch not only assured me that my vehicle would be there within the window I requested, but he also said "Mr Liddy, I got this, I'll take care of you" and he did just that. It's very rare in business to have the follow up that Mitch provided. He called me on Christmas day to let me know that he would have the carrier to me the following day.
Whoever Mitch reports to should read this email in a team meeting. If I was a competitor and I'm reading this, then go after this guy. He's a pro, and he backs his promises.
