Last October I made an online inquiry about transporting two vehicles from Florida to Las Vegas. Within hours I was up to my eyeballs in emails and phone calls, the majority of which were obviously bogus. A few days later I was disgusted with the whole process when Sal Roberts called from Nationwide Transport Services. Sal explained a lot to me about how this whole transport thing works with legitimate companies like his. He gave me a fair price and said I didn't need to pay any deposit until he found a driver for my job. In the weeks that followed (I started making these arrangements way ahead of time), Sal would check in by email or phone to assure me he hadn't forgotten me. Finally, he called and said he had a driver and within several hours, called again to say the driver had a family emergency and had to drop out. Sal reassured me there would be another driver available soon and he was right. I made arrangements with the driver about where and when to pick up the cars. This had to go off like clockwork because we had plane tickets for my wife and me and two already sedated cats. Just as promised, this nice young guy showed up with 60 seconds to spare. He loaded both cars, all the while giving me the details of what he was doing, how he was going to get to Vegas and how long it would take. It was a hoot. Delivery in Vegas was on time, no damage and we were thrilled. I believed in Sal and he came through gangbusters. Thank you, Sal Roberts! I apologize that I'm just getting to writing this review a few months late.
