Laki was super helpful and very thorough. He found a carrier available to pick up my car next day, getting it to Kansas City sooner than I anticipated possible.
The driver was on time picking up the car, and while on the road, called me the day before and then again a couple of hours before delivery, so I knew exactly when to expect my vehicle.
