A great experience. We did have problems with the company who sold us the car - making the repairs on time which delayed us in scheduling pickup times. Nathaniel stayed on top of this mess and was able to get our car scheduled and to us in one day of final pickup. I did my research on 4 top transporters. Nathaniel was the only one who stayed in touch and followed up with us even if we could not reach a firm pickup time/date quickly - all this mess and he was dealing with a holiday in the mix. This process took 2 wks. We were pleased with Nationwide Transport Services and the carrier they selected. Quote was good, fair and remained final. Car arrived safe and sound, and early.
