The overall experience was excellent. It was a pleasure working Nathaniel L from Nationwide Transport Services. He is very professional and was always reachable and kept me updated about the progress.

When I was first contacted by Nathaniel with a rate of $750 to ship my car from Phoenix ,AZ to Ann Arbor ,MI, I was little hesitant to proceed further because the quoted rate was at least $200 less than the quotes I was getting from other companies. I was thinking that there might be some hidden charges.

Most of the companies ask for a $100 to $150 deposit to start working for you. The approach Nathaniel followed was to give him the basic information about the date and address details of pick up and delivery. He said that he would take a deposit only after he finds a driver that fits the timeline. This made me feel comfortable and based on my further research I found that it is very important to get a confirmation from the driver about the pick up date. This matched what Nathaniel was doing and I had no further concerns.

One week prior to the pickup date, I was given the carrier information with contact details of the truck driver. I have called up the truck driver and confirmed that they are good with the pick up date. The initially assigned carrier had some issues with their truck (which is quite understandable) and Nathaniel was very quick to map me to a different carrier 1 day prior to the pickup date.

The new carrier information was also provided in a timely manner and I was able to reach to the truck driver directly and confirm the pick up date and time.

The truck driver (Don Schiebner from Schiebner Trucking) was also awesome to work with.
Don was very professional. He kept me informed about the progress and was always available to provide updates whenever needed. He picked up my Car on time and was very polite.

While delivering my Car to Ann Arbor, Don called me 24 hrs prior to the delivery date and it was really helpful to plan my day around the delivery schedule. The estimated delivery date was 09/26. He delivered it on 09/23. This helped me to save some money on rental car charges also.

One thing I would like to mention is its always very critical to get right driver's assigned to you.
So Nathaniel and Nationwide Transport Services did an incredible job to find one for me.

I would definitely recommend considering Nationwide Transport Services.
