My first experience was horrible. The first contact person was an idiot named Jimmy D. From the time he was contacted to the end of this report, he messed everything up, never returned any calls, lied and even got the got the receiver of my cars mad and upset. After two days dealing with this clown I called the company and talked to Laki Prousalis. Laki was very professional and seemed at the time competent to handle my shipping needs, Howerver, he could not do the receiving cars. Laki with in hours had the order filled in California and the car was even picked up early. The company was SunState Carriers and the driver Richard was fabulous. Laki was true to his word with me. However, this Jimmy
D clown was extremely unprofessional and Never to this day returned a call from me or an email, he lied about getting the deposit from the receiver on two cars, and never retuned his calls either. The receiver had to pay an extra 400.00 dollars after he finally did pay his deposit, but to my understanding he is or will get that back. To make matters worst both cars were damaged, one car top was a total loss due to oil leaking from the car above and NOT being covered.

I asked in an email and on the phone to speak to a supervisor but NEVER received a call, but I will say that Laki Prousolis was extremely professional, but I am unsure if I ever will use this company again due to such unprofessional people running the operational end of this company!
My hat is off to Laki Prousolis he is the only asset to this company I found due to my exsperience
