We had contracted with another company first to haul this Yukon from CO to MI. They promised to pick it up on a Friday. The Wednesday before, I kept calling to get an appointment time and they didn't answer my calls. I had my daughter call and because they didn't recognize the number they answered the call. Apparently the driver backed out and they didn't bother to tell me. So I called Nationwide. Great company to work with. Not only did they keep me informed, but they gave me the name of the driver and his phone number and we were in touch from pick up to delivery. This was the first time I ever had a car transported across the states and if I ever have to do it again, I will contact Nationwide first.
