As some readers may know, the auto transportation industry is extremely competitive and difficult to determine who to trust with your vehicle. Rick Wilson was my account representative at Nationwide. He answered all of my questions about transporting vehicles in a professional and honest way and was extremely responsive when following up with me. Rick was accessible whenever I had any questions and called me back almost immediately. It's also important to note that Rick never oversold his company's capabilities nor did he ever bash his competition.
It was Rick's professionalism and demeanor that made Nationwide the easy choice for me over all of the other auto transport companies. The entire transaction went as described by Rick and went flawlessly.
The auto was picked up on time by the driver (Will). He was extremely professional and called me the night before he delivered the car to my son to let me know that the drop-off time and place was all set for the next morning. The car was delivered on time and Will went the extra mile by having the car washed before delivery.
I am very impressed with Rick Wilson and extremely satisfied with Nationwide Transport Services. I would highly recommend them to anyone in search of a trustworthy, reliable and dependable auto transport service.
