Mike was upfront and honest about the cost and the time line. He checks on the status of your order daily and provides an email to you so you know what is going on. The actual cost was $150 more than quoted but he mentioned that was a possibility before I placed my order. But he was able to get a driver on the dates I requested. If I have to relocated another vehicle I will be using Mike again!
