They claim they own their own trucks but my vehicle was outsourced to another transport company. My vehicle was picked up a day after i was promised and there was a lack of communication between me & the broker. I had to repeatedly contact him as to when my vehicle was being picked up & after it was picked i never heard from the broker again, the driver was the one who contacted me as to when & where my vehicle would be delivered. It was delivered in the window as promised, in the condition it left California, the only thing that made this transport worth while was the price i was quoted
