I dealt with Tye he is a great guy who kept me informed from day one as to the progress in picking up my vehicle and transporting it to Florida from NM. My transport was not the easiest the van had been in a bad accident and the problem was the carrier who had difficulty in loading the van from the position it was parked.
I was really happy and gave Tye this morning another van and BELIEVE IT OR NOT he called me THREE HOURS LATER AND TOLD ME HE HAD A CARRIER WHO WANTED TO PICK IT UP TODAY. How is that for great service.
I am a fleet Saergent and I have dealt with lots of companies who have made promises to pick up my vans and increased the price first then let me down.Give these guys a chance I am sure they will try not let you down. Sometimes circumstances eg weather etc get in the way but they are always at the other end of the phone and will endeavour to reach their goal in a professional manner.
