Horrible service. Contracted to pick my 2010 Lexus up 10/31- paid my deposit- no pickup. Terry was my point of contact. No follow through. I was told then that my vehicle would be picked up 11/01 with delivery for 11/03. Find out at 11pm on 11/01- vehicle never picked up. Contract turned over to another transporting truck 11/02. Dispatcher Fernando states that vehicle will be picked up that day for a delivery of Sat. Long story short- Terry never sent updated invoice- it is 11/04 and driver is stating to transport company that I wont get my vehicle until Monday. I am notifying the police- all social media- and an attorney. Terry never sent out an updated invoice until today- to cover himself. Original contract breached when vehicle was not picked up on the 31st- nor was I contacted. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. My review for them is a ZERO!
