I had been in contact with JoAnn on several occasions regarding the transport of an old Jeep Wrangler from NY to FL. She guided me on which months would be best to transport. When I decided it was time, she had a qualified driver within the day and pickup with the next day. The driver was courteous and professional. He contacted both myself and the destination point of contact. Everyone was on the same page during the entire process. he Jeep was picked up and dropped off at the times he said they would be. The price JoAnn quoted me, was exactly what was billed. There were no surprises.
