We had originally booked transport with another company for a open transport (this was our first time shipping). We were told they would pick up the car on this day, well they never did, wouldn't return my calls or emails.
So, on a Saturday morning, Scott had called and left us a message with a quote for an open transport, but said "looking at your vehicle (its an antique muscle car) you might want to use an enclosed transport". No one else recommended that, in fact when I had inquired about it, I was told it was not necessary, trust them this is our business.
I called Scott back. He was very pleasant, helpful and really wanted to help us out to get our vehicle to us. We were on a time schedule as the person we purchased the car from was heading back home for the season. As I said, here its a Saturday, Scott says "give me 1 hour, I'm going to call some people directly that I know travel that route and see what I can do". I don't even think it took an hour and he called, found someone who could pick it up in a few days (and they were a good rated company). We worked out the details, and our car is here. They transport company stayed in contact with us from pick up to delivery, things went smooth.
When all was said and done, we received a call from Scott thanking us for our business. We should be thanking him for making what started out as a stressful disaster, an easy experience.
