My daughter's truck broke down in Pulaski, VA. I went through Uship to find a driver and after to talking to several dispatchers I found Justin to be the most upfront. I requested that he take his time and find me a good, reliable driver and he did. I paid what was originally quoted. Justin answered my calls and emails...even when he hadn't found the right driver for me, yet. I appreciated that. There was no damage to my truck. I paid the driver with a Postal Money Order. The process was very easy.
So because of the customer service I received from Justin at Nationwide, I would use this company again and I would request the same driver.
