The damage was done by the customer himself. - When our driver arrived to load his Mustang - he denied the load because the Mustang was lowered to the ground -
too low for his ramps. He specifically told the customer that his vehicle would get damaged. The customer disagreed and asked to load it himself. Our driver was so sure that he would damage it and the customer still wanted to transport it - so we received a signature from the customer stating that if he would like to load it himself - he would be responsible for any damages that would occur. Sure enough, the customer damaged his own car like we told him would happen. He still wanted to move it so we transported it to him and he unloaded it as well. We are not responsible for any damages and this claim is not valid because he signed our contract stating he was aware of the potential damage yet chose to do so anyway.
