Second time we’ve used this firm - Edwin, specifically. This is NOT an easy business. I have come to realize that if you expect confirmation weeks or days ahead of time - that’s not gonna happen. This seems to be a business that comes down to last minute negotiations, concessions and flexibility. Edwin never avoided my contacts, even as we approached D-hour when we were going to make the decision to drive.instead of risk. As we were planning the route we would have to drive, Edwin kept assuring us he was going to work it out and that he would find a driver. Was it stressful? Yep. No question. But Edwin came through. Car was picked up in Ft. Myers area on Thursday morn and dropped at our home in Northern Virginia on Sunday afternoon. Driver was efficient, detail-oriented and professional. This is not for the faint of heart, or for those with high blood pressure (everyone in FL?), but patience is key. Edwin has come through both times. Much easier than driving 15 hours!
