If I could leave less stars I would. First off how can the Hawaii and Alaska "specialist" be based in Florida 4 TIME ZONES away??? My car and container from Hawaii to Colorado left on the same ship heading east to Long Beach. BOTH were available for pickup on July 2nd...guess what arrived first..not the car. even though my container went from boat to truck to train to truck then to a depot and another truck to me one week after my container arrived my car sat in Long Beach. Both left Honolulu on 6/23...container delivered 7/16... my Car is was not delivered for another week. I am not impressed with the service and communication.The "weekly uppdate" they email out doesnt cut it if the information is the same your car hasnt moved. Dont count on timeliness.
