Jonah, the agent that worked with me was fantastic. The out of state truck I'd purchased had been sitting on another broker's lot for nearly 3 weeks with no results. Jonah had me set to move the truck in 1-2 days and I placed the deposit.
Unfortunately while Jonah and I were actually on the phone setting the deal up, a call came in that my truck had finally loaded and was heading in my direction. Due to this we had to cancel the transaction. My deposit was refunded the next day with no complaints or problems.
Jonah wished me well and asked that I consider them if I have any vehicle transport needs in the future. I surely will.
