Did a lot of research on this before choosing Nationwide, the Agent Antonio was very helpful and available to see the process through. My only issue was with the Owner Operator of the Truck. Antonio lined up my vehicle to be picked up on a Tuesday from a body shop in Utah, the driver was supposed to call 24 hrs before. First contact with the Driver was Tuesday morning to tell me he would be a day late (Wednesday), in the meantime the Driver calls the body shop owner and tells him he would be there on Thursday. This was the last communication with the Driver at all, he never returned any of my or the Body Shop owners calls. I finally called Antonio Thursday who quickly got in touch with the Driver and verified he would be at the body shop Friday Morning, apologized for the Driver and discounted me $100.00 . The Driver did finally show up ( without any phone call) Friday Afternoon and picked up my Truck,. When the Driver finally arrived in Denver on Monday, he delivered to my wife's Work so I never got to speak to him personally. His side of the story was that he had tried to pick up the truck from the Body shop and it wasn't ready so he had to keep moving and come back for it. If that was the case then why didn't the Driver simply explain this to me, I had no timeline and would have been OK with that...But the Driver refused to communicate anything with me and therefore I can only tell my version of events. It seems to me that during the whole process of Shipping a vehicle that you are at the mercy of the Driver, my experience with Nationwide and Antonio was satisfactory, Antonio was professional, and helpful form start to finish. If I ever ship a vehicle again I will give Antonio a call.
