I was told by Kim (photo of email included) that they would not charge fees in future if I left good reviews on 3 websites. I did my part even though I wasn't fully satisfied. It was going to save me money so was worth it. However, when I contacted them about another transport, price was same or more than other companies. I did not use them again. Kims supervisor Roger "helped" me while she was on vacation. He included the fees they said wouldn't be there. Shady business practices. Keep looking for another transporter. This company will lie, cheat & steal for good reviews but don't do what they say they will. I let them know my reviews would be updated. I have copies of all emails and ca back up everything if they try to protest this review. I'm ready
