Harold was one of the first to contact me and explained how the process worked. Took his information and the names of others as they contacted me. Checked references, particularly BBB. It's amazing how many in this business have F ratings. There are also quite a few with A ratings. Nationwide has an A and as it turns out absolutely deserves their rating.
Daniel was my main contact once I signed up. Very responsive. Gave me updates and held my hand as I went through the process..Would use them again.
