In Aug. of 2019 I entered into a contract with Nationwide Transport Services to ship my Toyota 4Runner from the U.S. to Buenos Aires, Argentina where I would begin my Panamerican Highway trip back to the U.S. They were paid $4272.00 for a 20 ft container, ground transportation, and 30 day storage. Delivery guaranteed Oct.15 The car was picked up from my home on 09/18. On Oct. 7 after looking up the ship I found it was booked on a RORO ship not in a container and had a delivery of Nov.6 not Oct. 15. Nov. 13 vehicle arrives but nothing in place to clear customs.On Nov. 15 I was told the fee was $1561.00 Nationwide Transport Services either could not or would not pay the fee. So on Nov. 20 I received my vehicle after paying the fee myself. I was told I would receive a credit for paying the fees myself. All of my clothes and electronics had been stolen. I had been told several times I would be given a credit. But now they're latest response was, that person doesn't work here anymore and there is nothing I can do. Do not trust these people.
