We needed to trasport my son's car from Seattle due to pandemic, loss of job...general difficult conditions for my son. The salesman told me he would treat my son like his own, and he did. He quoted a price and then came back $1100 less; he told me my son could put items in the trunk and back seat as long as it was not overloaded or very heavy items, he told me the car would be picked up the day before his flight, and he told me the date it would arrive in New York. The entire thing came off without any problems, the car arrived in perfect condition, his items were all there. The only thing i would suggest is that people take a close look at the report the carrier driver fills out when they pick up the car. The driver said the car was in "generally poor condition" while there is not a single ding or dent on the car. I assume this is so that if there is any damage they can claim it was pre-existing.
