I needed to ship a beloved car from OR to CA and had never done it before. It was stressful to get inundated with calls and emails with quotes etc and as soon as I talked to Troy I knew I could trust him. He quickly found a highly rated company for me who delivered a day ahead of schedule with no damage at all. The best part was his communication, he proactively followed through and contacted the company and driver for me if there were any issues or questions. He stayed on top of the whole thing, I was very grateful. I am so glad I used a broker to be the point man, and an experienced and calming one at that! Can't imagine a better broker to work with.
