Janelle was very professional and also quite personable. She took the time to listen to my needs and explained all the available options for shipping my car from Tennessee to Alaska. I was working with a deadline for getting my RAV4 back home to Alaska and she went out of her way to accommodate me. She was prompt in answering my phone calls and emails. My car arrived unscathed by the long land and ocean journey. I am extremely happy with this auto transport service and would definitely use them again.
