I bought a car from Ebay and was excited because I would not e another car payment. I got several quotes and obviously went with the cheapest one. I waited almost 2 weeks and got a call from the auto sales place stating that they had not even received a call from the shipper. So I went back to my shipping quotes and then decided to go with Nationwide Transport Service. Probably the best move I ever made!!! Bob worked with me and I explained the situation and he was so understanding and was willing to go the distance with me. He wouldn't even take my deposit unless I got a driver/shipper for my car. Literally I spoke with him for about 10-15 mins and he explained everything to me and said he would get back to me asap. I hung up the phone expecting not to hear back from him for about 24 hours. He called me back in less than 10 mins. of hanging up with him and said he got a driver that can pick up the car TODAY!!!! How about that for service. It cost $50 more but at this point and this kind of customer service was hard to beat. Bob you made my DAY! You really did!!! Thank you and if you need me to write a letter of commendation to hang on your wall, I would be happy to!
