First off, let me say I was a basket case thinking about all the scenarios that could possibly go down during my vehicle transport. I was sure the carrier would dump it off the truck right into the middle of the highway. I received a quote from Nationwide, which was more reasonable than any other one. I immediately called Jason and asked him a thousand questions. He always remained patient and polite with me. He called the carrier and got answers to every one of my questions and emailed me the information. I called him back the next day and told him I wanted to use Nationwide to transport my car. He immediately dropped what he was doing and took my order over the phone. He made the process so simple for me. I gave him my CC#, and by the time I got home, all the paperwork was in my email. The order had been placed and confirmed. Everything was seamless! The carrier received the order the next day, which was Saturday. The carrier called me on Sunday to make arrangements and confirm pickup for Monday morning. The Carrier (Steve from New England Trucking) was awesome too! He called me on Monday morning right after pick up to let me know everything was fine, and he called me along the way to let me know the ETA. I sweated and panicked and sweated and panicked some more and all for nothing. My 1976 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible arrived perfectly safe and sound, even though Steve threatened he might take it for a joy ride before delivering it to me. He didn't! Everyone involved in my transport from Jason (Nationwide) to Steve (New England Trucking) was professional, friendly, patient, and dedicated to doing a top notch job! I definitely made the right choice when I chose Nationwide! Jason took care of everything for me, and it was all quick and easy. I would recommend anyone put their confidence and trust in Nationwide. Happy happy customer here on Cape Cod!
