Do not Trust Low quotes Dropped the ball no retun calls no answers

I placed the order on Tuesday, We had made pickup arrangements for Saturday with an ETA between 7 am and 11 am. I called to confirm on Friday that the driver would be there on Saturday since I did not receive a follow up call. On Saturday after no driver showed up I contacted Nationwide (Joe) to find out what was going on. I finally get a hold of someone after 2 hours of trying, to be told that a driver would arrive Sunday morning instead of Saturday. To cut this long story short, the people at the company do not return calls, answer the phone or follow up after they drop the ball. I was left high and dry and delayed over a week in getting these vehicles shipped due to having to locate a different carrier. The quote was lower than many of the other competitor by 50 to 60% which should have triggered an alarm.

Low quotes? He asked us to get him the BEST PRICE and that's what we were trying to do. Unfortunately we weren't able to find a carrier to do it for the price that he was willing to pay and now he is upset at us. The comment about not answering phones is 100% fictitious because I'll be surprised if the phone rings more than once before someone picks it up here, let alone never answer a call.
