I went to Nationwide after trying to use another "five star company". The other company lead me on for three weeks saying that they were trying to find a carrier and that no carriers were available. I finally contacted Nationwide and John responded to my request within hours with a driver for my car.
Pickup for car was a little delayed due to unfortunate circumstances but John was prompt and very helpful with information. Super responsive and very accomodating. After pickup, everything went fine. Was able to find out status of my shipment in a very timely matter and John provided the best customer service and addressed all my concerns.
Car arrived in great condition. To this day, the other five star company never got back to me and left me hanging. Fully recommend Nationwide for your car transport needs.
