I shipped my car from New Jersey to Indiana. The scheduled pickup date was Saturday but the truck driver called me and said he would pick up my car on Monday, no other options. I guess this was not due to the broker's fault because there might be no truck available at that date. However they should give an estimated date range of picking up so I don't have to face to my boss saying I will be out of office on a working day. Anyway, the picking up was very smooth. I thought my car was drivable but I found my battery was low, the truck driver used a jumper very quickly and started the car. The delivery was super fast (2nd day). However the truck driver asked for an extra 50 dollars upon delivery, which upset me. That was not included in the quote. You can't ask for more money just by saying you want it. There should be a document or something. My cousin receiving the car paid the money anyways.
Overall I recommend this company, but you guys need to improve.
