I rate at 5 stars even though this job didn't happen after all, because of the excellent customer service from Brandon at Nationwide. He really worked with me through the multiple problems associated with transporting a vintage vehicle. In the end, I couldn't fulfill the requirement in the contract that the the trailer must roll onto the flatbed, couldn't get a mechanic's help, so I finally scrapped the job. I hadn't put any money up front and I hadn't signed the contract. But Brandon was gracious with me even though I had to cancel in the end, and even though he had spent a lot of time with me. I guess I don't know how the job would have worked out, but I give Brandon 5 stars for excellent service! We almost did it!
