This company was very prompt in calling me after my first initial contact with them. During the entire process from pickup to delivery they kept in constant contact with me, from the initial signing of the contract with them to the final delivery. I dealt with only one person and did not have to go through the hassle of dealing with several different people. That made the whole process easier, in not having to explain the situation to several different people who might not have been familiar with me or with my business with the company. Everything was very personal,which is nice in this day and age. I was a name, not simply a number.
The driver was prompt, courteous, and went out of his was to insure everything was done to my satisfaction.
I would recommend this company and this man who made the physical delivery to anyone without any hesitation. I will also contact them first, for any pickups or deliveries I may have in the future.
