My initial contact with Navy Auto Transport was prompt and professional. Tracy worked with me to find the best carrier for transporting two Ford Mustangs from Maryland to Florida. I decided on an enclosed transport for both cars. The carrier contacted me well in advance and the morning of pick-up even though it was 12/26. The cars arrived at our Florida home the next evening in perfect condition. It was obvious to me that Joe knew how to handle not only his transport truck, but the vehicles within. He loaded and unloaded my Mustangs with the greatest of care. Although my cars are not "high end" or expensive, Joe treated them like they were. All in all, I am quite satisfied with the service I received and would definitely use them again.
