I was very pleased with Aubrey from Navy. She stayed in contact with me from beginning to end. She found a carrier to pick up and deliver my vehicle in a safe, timely manner. I was in a difficult situation with a disabled vehicle in a state 600 miles from home. Between Aubrey and Charles (my carrier) they made a very difficult and unpleasant situation bearable and brought my vehicle home. I cannot thank them enough.
