Aubrey Jones was fantastic. She would respond to my questions immediately regardless of the time of the day. She even gave me her cell phone to contact her at any time. The car was picked up on time with an enclosed trailer (even though I had only paid for an open trailer.) The car was delivered to my door 2 days early and was in perfect condition. Don't use other cheaper carriers Navy Transport and Aubrey Jones is the way to go! Best customer service I have had in a long time.
